Lahana Resort Phu Quoc & Spa

We had a lovely bungalow overlooking the Koi pond. The outdoor shower was amazing and the rustic aesthetic of the room was very well designed. Loved the pool and the food at the restaurant was top-notch. Great location, just up the hill from all of the hubbub but central enough. The live music at happy hour was a bonus. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

No complaints really other than the hot water runs out quite quickly, not enough to take a full bath or long shower. But other than that, everything was great.

Friendly, attentive, servile staff. Great breakfast, variety of foods, high quality. Beautiful garden, looks way better than on the photos, you can only see in person.

The grounds are beautiful and quiet and the room big. Breakfast had a big variety and was tasty. The staff were helpful and kind. We liked the quiet and hung out a few hours at the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and town for lots of restaurants.

The breakfast was a real feature, not just the quality and variety of the food, but importantly the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Great gardens and carp ponds, waterfalls etc. and an infinity pool right beside the restaurant for an early morning pre-breakfast swim!

No complaints.Only downside was the distance from the beach, and the fact that we had to use the narrow public section of the beach which is a bit run down.

Beautiful property. Whoever designed it did a fantastic job. The landscape is so scenic and relaxing. We stayed in a family room with two queen beds. It was very comfortable. I loved polished concrete floors as as the first person to wake up there were no creaking sounds to wake anyone else up. For people without kids prob not all that exciting.The buffet breakfast had lots of choice and we loved the relaxing atmosphere.The swimming pool was good size and the view very nice. The staff members were beautiful all around and very welcoming - reception to the kitchen staff.

Two of the swimming pool lights were coming off the wall completely and end up on the bottom of the pool while still connected via the cables. Electricity and water together is a scary concept. Especially as my daughter thought it was some rubbish and dived under to pick it up.I don’t fuss over small things but feel this is something they really should address.

It was a little difficult to get around for a traveler with an injured leg. But the staff was kind enough to pick us up with golf carts to get around

Location was great. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel has a lot of specials for spa and food/ happy hour. It’s just off the Main Street but it’s so quiet and peaceful.

We had a family of kids on top of our room and they were so noisy till early hours of the morning. This happened the second night again and when complaining the staff was very accommodating and helpful and offered us to move which was an inconvenience. Suggesting to put families on the ground floors as your rooms are not sound proof at all.

The staffs were friendly and quick in helping with requests. The facility was nice and clean. Food selection for breakfast was really good.

The design of the bathroom made it always exposed to outside weather. In days of high humidity, hanging clothes in this room wouldn’t dry them.

Great spot away from the madness but close to everything. Pool and restaurant and staff were amazing, would totally recommend.

Environment of this hotel was very nice. Also staff of this hotel especially Ms. Vy Huynh was professional and friendly. I really like her attitude towards the guests. Thank you Vy Huynh!

Everything was great. Especially staff was very attentive and everyone tried to help as good as possible. Breakfast, location and room Equipment was great. Also good quality.

This was an amazing resort, it looked so pretty. The room was big, with a nice indoor/outdoor bathroom, so you could look at plants while showering. The breakfast offer was very large, with changing items each day. The pool was great, and not too busy, we had a bed every day we were there. The staff was very friendly, they gave us a whatsapp nummer to text if we ran into issues and they replied swiftly. We went to the spa twice and the massage and facial were both very good. The lady at the spa was also very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast/bar personnell were also very hospitable, and the food at the resort tasted amazing.

Service at the hotel was excellent nothing was too much for them. I had a great stay.To improve- it’s something They need to buy new towels. The ones in the rooms were thread bare and frayed at the seams. The ones by the pool, some were ok, some were very tired too. I’d be embarrassed to give these towels to an animal rescue and they shouldn’t be in a four star hotel

Our room was lovely in a great spot, beds very comfy loved the outdoor shower. Breakfast was awesome plenty of variety for every nationality...loved the sweets. Pool was gorgeous very large for those who wanted to do a few laps to get the exercise in. Location was fabulous set back off the main street so we went to bed there was no noise. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Larger fridge in room, bigger sized cups/mugs for cuppa and maybe milk for cuppa. A few minor things.

We loved everything about this hotel. By far the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam with great value for money! The location in great, the staff is amazing, the room and bed were extremely comfortable and clean. Loved it!
